1 Edit department
The online patrol system supports multi departments management. For example, the company has three departments: Security Department, Cleaning Department and Maintenance Department. Each department can manage itself, or one person can manage multiple departments. The company's personnel can also manage all departments.
By default, the company is set to support only one department (default name: Patrol Department). If you need more departments, please contact your supplier for consultation.
2 Edit shift system
The Online patrol system has built-in attendance management. You can set your company's shift system here, for example: normal shift, three shift (morning shift, night shift, evening shift), and set the time for each shift, for example: normal shift (8:00 ~ 17:00).
After setting the shift system, you can assign a shift system to each employee. An employee can support multiple shifts. For employees who do not need attendance, the shift system can not be set.
3 Edit attendance area
Attendance area: employees need to clock in and out within the set area. Each employee can set multiple attendance areas.
When going to and from work beyond the attendance area, take photos for confirmation. For example, the accountant goes to the tax bureau to work and gets off work directly. When clock out, the app requires to take photos (you can require that the attendance of the outgoing personnel should contain obvious environmental signs, and then the accountant can choose the photo of himself and the tax hall of the tax bureau). To prevent cheating, the app requires that photos be taken within 2 minutes and cannot be selected from the album. At the same time, GPS positioning will be kept synchronously when taking photos.
