System composition
Reader :Employee carry the reader to the predefined place to scan the checkpoint and record the time, location event...
Downloader :Used for transmit data from reader to the software. After patrolling, people insert the reader into the downloader to upload patrol data. There are two kinds of downloaders, one is USB downloader, needs to connect to the computer. Another is IP Downloader, no need computer, could transmit data via GPRS or Ethernet or WIFI.
Checkpoint tags:Install at the main position along the route, the reader needs to read the tags to record the information, such as the time and tag's ID. Then upload the information to software to get the report.
Patrolman Tag: Before patrolling, employee scan his patrolman tag, then the manager will know this patrol is done by him.
Software: It is the key of a guard tour system. Managers can check the patrol work on it. There are two versions, desk version and cloud-based version. The desk version can only work on a fixed computer. The cloud-based version can check report at anytime anywhere via PC, pad and smart phone. Also with mobile phone app, could push reports automatically.
