Recently, with the completion of the trial operation test and system acceptance of more than 50 electronic Patrol points, the electronic Patrol System of Gansu Provincial Archives has been officially put into use, marking that the security patrol and inspection system of the archives has realized electronic management by using cloud computing technology.
The system is mainly composed of patrol devices, patrol points and cloud computing transmission system. Patrol points are installed at patrol inspection positions according to needs. When the personnel on duty patrol, they hold the patrol device to collect relevant information at each fixed point according to the optimized route, and the system can automatically receive the patrol inspection. This information is simultaneously transmitted to mobile phones through cloud computing technology to achieve real-time monitoring and dynamic management.
The use of this system not only innovates the previous post inspection method of "person to person" on duty, but also strengthens the duty personnel's sense of responsibility, effectively avoids the management blind spot, and realizes the full coverage of security patrol inspection, which will play a positive role in the construction of file security system.
